The Strength Module
Zarol is a competitive 110-120kg powerlifter and strongman, had himself started all the lifting at the age of 14 years old, he’s had his fair share of trials and errors.
Through the years of improving his performance he has acquired abundant knowledge and experience all packed under his belt.
He knows exactly what you need to improve your performance no matter the levels of lifting you are at.
Zarol has competed in multiple competitions both locally and abroad. His best lifts (competition & gym) include 325kg Squat, 210kg Bench Press, 345kg Deadlift and 160kg OHP. He first competed in Singapore Powerlifting Invitationals back in 2012 where he totalled 670kg and currently holding the heaviest total in Malaysia at 845kg.
Online coaching :
Customised powerlifting / Strongman program (Personalized programming).
The first few weeks of training will be fixed and there will be a few workouts missing just for the coach to assess the sticky point / weak links.
You are eligible to meet your coach in person to have your form checks even though it’s an online coaching.
Daily / Weekly form and technique checks :
You may choose between daily or weekly form checks. Feedbacks and ways to improve are important, do take note or ask the coach to elaborate further if it’s hard to understand / visualise.
(Once the video is handed in to the coach, he will get back to you with the feedbacks as soon as possible)

RM300/Month for Adults.
RM150/Month for Students.
5-days intensive module.
Recommended for beginners/newcomers.
Intensive training which includes form checks/technique trials, rehab, prehab, structuring ways to tackle a goal, losing weight while maintaining strength etc.
You will be given a 1-Month online program to follow and practice the knowledge that has been shared through the intensive module.
All only at RM875/5-Days (RM175/day).
